RCTC students honored with awards

The Regional Career Technical Center recently held its annual awards ceremony at Willow Run Community Schools. RCTC is a consortium of students from the Lincoln, Willow Run and Ypsilanti school districts.

Awards were presented by each class' instructor. Each student received a certificate of credentials, meaning he or she had met the goals of the class. Where listed, the student also took home additional awards.

In addition, some student received articulated credits to Washtenaw Community College and some other colleges. These credits mean the student has completed enough competency requirements to earn college credit with at least an 80 percent success rating.

This week, we feature students from the Collision Repair and Graphic Arts classes.
