Last Wednesday the Phoenix slipped past the Carlson Marauders 4-3. Osborne had the big stick two RBI and he also got the win on the hill.
"Adam Wilbanks pitched a solid four and two third innings," Ypsilanti Coach Terry Bigham said. "He only gave up two earned runs."

At the Grass Lake Tournament on Saturday the locals went 0-2. In the first game they lost 7-2 to Bedford. Wilbanks took the loss and Osborne had the team's only hit.
The second game was closer but the result was a 3-2 loss to North Adams. Quetzalcoatl Carrasco took the loss going five innings and allowing six hits and three earned runs.
