Joanne Hartmeyer, executive director of the Ypsilanti Public Schools Foundation and Steve Manchester, president of the YPSF Board, presented 28 Ypsilanti Public Schools teachers and staff with mini-grants during the Jan. 28 Board of Education meeting. Chapelle fifth-grade treacher Jack Bauer received funds for the "Model Rocketry" program.
