The game that Detroit Communication and Media Arts brought to the opening round of Willow Run's Holiday Classic was simply too much for Lincoln to handle.

The Railsplitters were outshot, out rebounded and out hustled in the 86-51 loss.
After trading blows early on, CMA pulled away in the second quarter and took a 44-18 lead into the locker room.
Devon Braswell tallied a game high 38 for CMA, including three third quarter three-pointers to go with two three point plays.
The Railsplitters Andrew Dillon finished with seven points and Josh Sparkman scored six.
Lincoln played in the second round of the tournament the following day after the Courier had gone to press.

Willow Run girls get 52-40 win over Ecorse
It's impossible not to be pleased with any win, but Willow Run head coach Anthony Johnson was looking for a more complete performance out of his team in their 52-40 win over Ecorse.
"It went well, it just didn't go as well as I would have liked," he said. "I thought we should have pulled away a little sooner."
Most encouraging among the efforts plusses was the ball movement that had been absent in some of the Flyers (2-5) earlier losses.
"We started to share the ball a little more which is what I like to see," Johnson said.
"We're at least looking for our teammates a little bit more."
Antonice Strickland recorded a team high seven assists to go with six boards and 19 points - 10 of which came in the fourth quarter.
"She was kind of looking for her teammates, and she's going to need them in the long haul," Johnson said.
Tiffany Duperon added a career high 16 points.
"Tiffany had a super game," Johnson said. "I think she can average double figures, but we just need to look for her a little more."
Johnson was also pleased to see his team's performance on the boards, which has been the focus of many recent Flyer practices.
"I had to remind them a few times to box out, but I can see our players making an attempt and effort to apply what they have learned to the game," he said. "We've practiced this between the last couple games and I can see the difference."
Despite holding Ecorse to 40 points, Johnson is still hoping to strengthen his team's defensive play, more specifically their rotation.
"We were slacking with our help on defense, but we caught on towards the end," he said. "I think they are going in the right direction - the girls don't like to lose."
